Description
Finish Heavy textured paste
Application On exceptionally porous surfaces, a third coat may be necessary.
Thinning and Mixing Stir with a flat paddle until homogenous. Thin first coat 3 parts Plascon Dampseal to 1 part Plascon White Spirit by volume.
