Plascon Brickseal is a clear Siloxane based water repellent treatment. It is used to create a water repellency on unpainted bricks, stones, concrete, cement plaster, fibre-cement and other masonry materials.

  • After evaporation of the solvent the Plascon Brickseal lines the walls of the pores in the substrate while the pores remain open, allowing air movement and maintaining the natural breathing characteristics of the substrate

  • Protection against spalling and cracking caused by corrosion of
    the reinforcing steel

    waterborne and solvent borne paints. This combination enhances

Description

Application Ready for use for brush, roller, spray application. Over dark surfaces
thin 1:1 with Plascon White spirit before spraying to prevent the
development of a hazy appearance. Apply liberally ensuring that the whole surface is covered and absorbency is satisfied.
Thinning and Mixing Stir or shake well before use.
Equipment Cleaning Clean the masonry trowel with water immediately after use.
